The Altshuller Institute for TRIZ Studies will be holding our 21st annual international conference, TRIZCON2019, at Purdue University from 20th-22nd May, 2019, under the theme “TRIZ in Science, Education, Creativity and Industry”.
Who should attend? Anyone involved in research concerning innovation and change as well as TRIZ practitioners and consultants involved in management innovation and change are invited to submit papers relevant to the conference theme, or just register for the conference to gain access to leading research and practices in this vital area. We also invite academics interested in sharing industry experience.

Dr. Boris Farber, Vice President European Academy of Natural Sciences, Chairman of USA division of European Academy of Natural Sciences, CEO of: Farber’s Center for Academic Success, Inc.; Noigel, LLC.; TRIZ Biopharma International, LLC, QuaziVita International Corp., has just recently been selected as Top Biotechnologist of the Year and Top Educator of the Year for 2018, by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the field.
Dr. Pavel (Pesakh) Amnuel, TRIZ Master, physicist (Experimental Physics, Nuclear Physics, and Cosmology), science fiction writer and one of the closest followers of Dr. Genrich Altshuller. In 1970-80 P. Amnuel investigated theoretical problems connecting with the process of accretion of interstellar gas by relativistic stars (single and members of binary systems), the evolution of planetary nebulae, etc. Now he is the author of more than 30 books in the science fiction and detective genres published in Russia and Israel. In 1998, P. Amnuel received the Diploma “Master of TRIZ,” number 1.
Dr. Val Tsourikov, Predizo LLC, Chief AI (Artificial Intelligence) Architect, and TRIZ Master. Kartik Ariyur (Ph.D., Mechanical Eng., 2002) has solved problems of increasing available energy, reducing inefficiency, overhead, and risk in both engineering and social systems. His research straddles most engineering disciplines, as seen from his publications (with 2807 Google citations /1394 Researchgate citations) and patents in the industry (17 issued and several more pending). He is on the Editorial boards of several reputed journals including IEEE Control Systems Letters.
Gerald W. Askew, PE, Patent and Trademark Attorney – He holds 5 patents, is a member of the American Bar Association, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, BSME from Kettering University, MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University graduated from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He works as a project engineer at Spartan Motors Corp., and a design engineer at Navistar, Inc. He later became a patent engineer and patent agent at Navistar.
